**Who we are**:
Propine is re-inventing capital markets using blockchain technology. We’ve worked with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), to become the first licensed custodian for digital assets in the world. We are re-imagining the issuance and life cycle management of capital market products like equities, debt, structured products, and funds using blockchain technology, to reduce friction and increasing value accrual for both issuers and investors.

**Position Title**: Compliance Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for implementing a strong and robust compliance and AML/CFT assurance framework for the company.
- This includes performing customer due diligence through KYC, AML monitoring, transaction screening, investigating and reporting suspicious transactions, conducting EWRA, amongst other things.
- You are in are responsible for conducting gap assessments, reviewing and maintaining regulatory compliance policies and procedures to make them more efficient and/or effective.
- You will actively participate in and contribute to any projects relating to AML/CFT including relevant new product and service developments working closely with the product team.
- You must keep up to date with any AML developments and policy changes locally and regionally.
- You will be responsible for addressing issues raised by auditors, stakeholders and regulators.
- You will conduct periodic AML training for all employees and stakeholders to communicate compliance-related objectives and measures.

**Requirements**:

- 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in the Banking AML-KYC unit/ Internal Audit/Compliance Assurance teams
- Strong and detailed regulatory knowledge of local and regional laws including, but not limited to, SFA, PSA, FATF.
- Detail-oriented, committed to work and able to meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, hands-on, team player, with strong communication skills
- A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Strong decision-making and risk assessment capabilities, with good judgment and commitment to delivering results.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, while remaining long-term focused in designing policies and processes
- Able to work independently, learn quickly and drive results with mínimal supervision
