Receptionist Admin

**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staffs in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to multiple departments (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.).
- Assist in document preparation, filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, room bookings, and internal communications.
- Support procurement of office supplies, liaise with vendors/service providers and maintain inventory.
- Handle basic reporting and administrative follow-up for assigned departments.
- Perform routine maintenance task to ensure the safety and functionality of the office environment
- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Comfortable with performing physical tasks related to facility maintenance.
- Any other duties assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Higher NITEC/ Diploma/Degree in Management or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in reception or administrative support is an advantage
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Pay: $1,600.00 - $1,900.00 per month
