We aim to be Carbon Neutral by 2030. **Position Duties** We are looking for a WordPress Developer Intern to join our team in a full-time capacity. The primary responsibility of this role is to quickly and efficiently build new webpages on WordPress using Elementor, based on provided designs and content, while adhering to design and SEO best practices. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in front-end implementation and website management. **Key Responsibilities**: - Build new webpages on WordPress using Elementor based on provided designs and content. - Ensure all webpages are optimized for SEO and follow best practices in design and user experience. - Maintain consistency across all pages by adhering to established design guidelines and brand standards. - Test and debug webpages to ensure a seamless user experience on both desktop and mobile devices. - Optimize page performance, including image compression, caching, and code efficiency. - Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver high-quality webpages efficiently. **What You’ll Learn**: - Best practices for webpage building and optimization in WordPress. - How to implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings. - Fundamentals of UX/UI design for website development. - Agile workflows and project management in a fast-paced environment. - How to use tools for website performance testing and debugging. **Desirable Skills**: - Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP). - An eye for detail and the ability to proofread and follow launch checklists. - Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and tools. - Knowledge of web performance tools such as Google PageSpeed Insights or BrowserStack. - Basic understanding of design software (e.g., Figma, Ado
