- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9 am - 5.30 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating sales quotations and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Manage order processing and issue relevant documentation, such as Purchase Orders (P/Os) and Sales Contracts.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and forwarders on forecasts, shipments, and delivery arrangements.
- Use Navision system for generating documents like Invoices, Delivery Orders (D/Os), etc.
- Maintain stock and forecast records. Generate inventory reports and conduct stock checks biannually.
- Assist in addressing quality feedback reports related to non-conforming (NG) items with customers and suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide support and coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers and suppliers.
