**Job Summary**

This position exists to support the Senior HR & Admin Manager in providing administrative support to the operations. The incumbent will also be providing logistics support to the Vice President, Regional Operations, working with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain effective communication, coordination, working relations with Company personnel and management.
- Procurement and maintenance of office supplies / facilities, stationery and other miscellaneous items.
- Travel and hotel arrangement for out-going management staff and incoming visitors.
- In-charge of lunch provision for all employees as well as pantry supplies.
- Assist in organizing company-wide employee engagement activities such as Year-end party, Christmas celebration, Mid-autumn festival etc.
- Office administrative activities related including management of the out-sourced cleaner and supervising her cleaning activities.
- Complete Fedex / DHL shipping documents and arrange for pickup.
- Liaise with FBT(Beijing) and other sites on any events (if these events require our participation).
- Create SOPs on new logistic procedures implementation.
- Support parts return (RMA) to FBT(Beijing) / others (include documents and follow-up).
- Coordination with forwarders; working with existing forwarder and to source for new service providers including local delivery.
- Submitting declaration to MOH on controlled items.
- Monitor and follow-up with suppliers / customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipping document submission. Track and file all shipping documentation (Delivery Order, Export Shipment Requisition, shipping invoice etc).
- Manage cleanroom supplies.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required and assigned.

**Qualifications**

Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or similar relevant field.

**Job Requirements / Special Skill sets**
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Good organizational skills, meticulous, resourceful and able to multi-task
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
