**Job Type**:
- Other- Lead a team of Senior Managers and Managers to partner Divisions in the roll-out of new schemes or support existing schemes, in compliance with policy, scheme requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Lead the team to review and approve grant transactions on a timely basis.
- Drive close partnerships with Divisions to co-develop appropriate controls to ensure adequate grant governance, including building collaborative relationships with Divisions so they are familiar with grant policy and requirements.
- Drive grant policy periodically to ensure it stays relevant in tandem with evolving grant landscape and business requirements.
- Review and enhance existing controls at periodic cycle, and recommend improvements to ensure controls remain effective and efficient.
**Job Requirements**:
- A Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 15 years of working experience, with at least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Relevant working experience in risk and/or grant management
- Strong understanding of Risk Management tools such as audits, data analytics etc.
- Meticulous with good critical thinking skills and ability to see the bigger picture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- People-oriented leader who can guide and motivate team, and manage diverse stakeholders
