**The Role**

As the Regional FP&A Manager, you will be working closely with the Global VP of Finance and Commercial Leaders to drive growth to our business. This is a high-performance team that incubates the next leaders of the organization. You will be able to gain experience on how a global startup expands its customer base in a fast-paced and competitive environment. You will work on strategic, cross-border, and high-impact projects, which will directly impact the scale of the business.

Our department’s work is objective-oriented, and you will be given a wide latitude to plan and work towards the common goal. In addition, our open and collaborative culture allows you exposure to working directly with our senior management, including country managers, global directors, and even our founder himself.

**Responsibilities**

This is very much a strategic role. Information and reporting are just the tip of the iceberg. What really matters is your ability to see the value in the information you provide and to inspire others to make use of it. It calls for someone who is used to working in a rapidly changing environment and who is comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating and implementing change. Additionally, you will:

- Play a crucial role in driving company profitability and growth by analyzing revenue and costs as well as new initiatives and investments
- Define clear problem statements from complex situations and drive actionable insights and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative analyses.
- Ability to pull, manipulate and analyze large set of data to drive insights across business units (marketing, sales, customer success, product, finance and others)
- Swift executor with a keen eye for details - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. If you can balance those two, you will thrive in this team.
- Optimist with a can-do attitude - we are a lean team and many times responsibilities may fall out of one’s exact job description; we are looking for folks that are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done
- Explorer - the ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role. A self-starter attitude is a must

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy with an emphasis on analytical skills from a recognized university.
- 10 years of relevant working experience from FP&A or Strategy function
- Strong team player with good communication and organizational skills - you should be able to interact with people at all levels of the organization.
- Data enthusiast - Proficiency in data modelling, setting up dashboards, experience in SQL preferred / a plus. Let the numbers do the talking
- Aspiring leader - we need you to lead projects that create a high impact in multiple countries
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as required to liaise with our Mandarin speaking staff overseas.
