The position of sales associate consists of assisting customers throughout the buying process. As a front-liner, the sales associate represents the voice of the business and is the first to interact with customers. The role of the sales associate supports and contributes to store productivity and profitability through customer service excellence, a consistent service base experience and the ability to build emotional connection and loyalty with the customer. Specific responsibilities include assisting customers find specific products;
**Tasks**
- Ensure of professional communications via Tele-sales.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features;
- Follow and achieve sales goals;
- presentable conditions of assigned areas;
- Actively seek out potential leads and customers;
**Qualifications and requirements**
- Proven work experience as a Tele-Sales/ Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role;
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices;
- Proficiency in English; Chinese and other language will be a plus.
- Basic PC Literacy;
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota;
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills;
- A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus;
- Min “O”level or Higher
