**Job Description**:
In this learning journey, you will be able to gain significant exposure to the insurance industry, partake in divisional projects and work with various stakeholders. To prepare yourself for the Future of Work, there will be numerous learning opportunities as you hear from the Prudential leaders and develop meaningful and innovative skillset through on-the-job training.

In this role, you will be exposed to cross division collaboration, understand more about the insurance business and the segment programmes, and have hands-on experience on communication campaigns and organisation of events.

Responsibilities (75%):

- Supports marketing communications and fulfillment of HNW and Affluent segment privileges (eg. Welcome gifts, birthday privileges, etc)
- Assist in customer events which include coordinating with internal stakeholders (sale channels and Events team), external vendors and managing RSVP of customers.
- Liaise with internal and external vendors to prepare, check data and materials for communications to targeted customers.
- Conduct secondary (desktop) research to understand customer segments’ needs, market sizing, opportunities and competitive landscape.

Divisional Projects (25%)
- Opportunity to work on key division strategic projects with exposure to cross-function collaboration

Who we are looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous, organised and strong attention to detail
- Proficient command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong appetite/Passionate to learn new things
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Preferably with experience in digital marketing cloud-based platforms and proficient in working with data
