ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The CRM & Data manager is responsible for the profit growth of brands client’s database by:
Developing a strong omnichannel CRM strategy to improve doors productivity, client’s activation and LTV.
Improving client’s experience through data, CRM and digital transformation, creating a seamless client experience with the development of new digital channels (chat & shop, etc.)
Implement processes, ways of working & systems across SEA markets. Execute the CRM strategy for SEA markets with excellence.
THE ROLE
Lead CRM / Loyalty Program
Be the source of centre of excellence to provide global with the regional competitive landscape.
Analyse the region CRM data and propose the right program. Lead the co-creation, development, and implementation of the loyalty program & CRM strategy of COTY brands, working hand in hand with an agency to be selected, IT, global teams & local markets.
Define the KPIs and monitor the performance of our CRM / Loyalty programs. Drive action plans to continuously improve our capabilities and productivity.
Create and enable the system and processes to deliver the necessary assets to feed the CRM / Loyalty Program tools, while partnering with CDO to leverage the corporate tools.
In collaboration with the global & IT team, implement clienteling app & CRM systems for SEA markets, to enable data collection & one-to-one communications with the brand BA.

Enable productivity boost in every door
Execute the CRM and Loyalty programs with excellence for SEA markets. Define KPIs of productivity and lead monthly analysis of our productivity for our key doors (offline and online).
Drive action plan identifying our key gaps versus competition and plans to reach productivity increase by door.
Drive the implementation of key productivity tools (CRM registration tools, personalization tools, services menu, etc).
Develop & implement new clienteling channels strategy & tools (chat & shop, livestream, etc.).
Identify and quantify the most potential business development white spaces for the brands in the markets to conquer.
Lead Client data and analytics
Lead the automation and visualization of the available consumer & retailer data enabling to drive clear action plans & provide clear insights for better business decisions.
Lead a stream to continuously build consumer knowledge on shoppers’ behaviours offline and online, leading to consumer-centric insights and recommendations.
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of data management and ensuring that data is properly managed to support the organization’s objectives in collaboration with IT & legal teams.

Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in SQL or Python, overseeing and driving campaigns and projects.
Should be analytical, data-driven, and well-versed in Excel.
Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
A strong team player and comfortable working in matrix & international environments.
