We are looking for energetic individuals with a passion for digital art and video production to join us as Video Production Manager in our Marketing Team. If you a dynamic individual with a passion for all things automotive, this is the role for you

**Responsibility**:

- Manage and grow a Video Production team to produce original and interesting automotive content
- Work closely with our Marketing team in generating imaginative ideas and novel concepts to fulfil the brief and achieve company goals
- Gain good understanding of our target audience and business, and align our advert to capture their attention
- Produce and publish media content (Post-production - assembling all raw footage, digitally sequencing files to produce a final deliverable oozing with creativity.)
- Oversee the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production

**Requirement**:

- Consistent ability to generate fresh ideas and innovative visual concepts
- Effectively communicate and actualise these ideas
- Highly motivated and independent, with a strong sense of conviction in your beliefs
- A great team player with the ability to handle constructive criticism and tap on colleague’s inputs to improve the deliverable
- Strong technical IT skills in relevant art and design packages, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Video Editing Software

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
