About the team you are joining

Based in Singapore, you will report to the Manager, Regional Vice President Asia-Pacific’s Office, and you will join a vibrant team, leading IATA’s engagement and stakeholder management activities in Asia-Pacific, and interacting with both global and regional stakeholders.

What your day would be like
- You will assist in the coordination of regional activities, initiatives and campaigns, across all lines of business, whilst supporting the development of an internal platform to improve the visibility of information.
- You will support relationship management activities for aviation stakeholders in the Asia-Pacific region, including developing airline or market specific reports and participating in a variety of communications with IATA’s stakeholders.
- You will actively support the organisation of IATA’s events in Singapore, both internal and external.
- Any other tasks as requested by the Manager, Regional Vice President Asia-Pacific’s Office.

We would love to hear from you if
- You are a recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field;
- Possess excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as outstanding problem-solving skills;
- Are an effective team-player, with a strong desire to interact within a multicultural working environment;
- Highly proficient with PCs, particularity with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, PowerBI);
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
