As they scale globally, they are seeking a strategic **SVP, Talent Management**to lead talent strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness from their regional hub in Singapore. As the **SVP of Talent Management**, you will play a pivotal role in building and executing talent strategies that support the company’s rapid growth, culture, and performance. You will be responsible for designing and implementing frameworks around leadership development, succession planning, high-potential programs, organizational design, and employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy aligned with business goals and rapid international expansion
- Lead initiatives on leadership development, succession planning, and critical role pipelines
- Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to assess organizational capabilities and talent risks
- Implement performance management programs and tools that support a high-performance culture
- Drive strategic workforce planning and talent analytics to inform decision-making
- Champion diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) across all levels of the organization
- Design and manage programs for top talent identification and career pathing

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in talent management or organizational development, including leadership roles
- Experience working in high-growth environments, ideally within fintech, tech, or startup settings
- Strong regional knowledge of Asia markets, with ability to work cross-culturally (Mandarin proficiency is a plus)
- Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent frameworks
- Strong executive presence, influencing skills, and data-driven decision-making capabilityExperience supporting cross-border teams and matrixed organizations
