**Job Description**:

- Manage daily operations ie take orders, prepare and serve beverages to members, customers.
- Attending to walk-in customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of work areas / within the counter.
- Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques; adhere to operating procedures on all beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent products standards.
- Ensure sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock deliveries upon arrival.
- Attend to members’ and customers’ queries and feedback to provide positive members’ and customers’ experiences.
- Adhere to the operating procedures on all beverages to maintain the highest quality, consistent product standards.
- Provide feedback / comments / constructive input to improve processes / practices.
- Any other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Passionate about providing efficient and friendly service standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- At least 1-year relevant working experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking.
- Clean and hygienic in food handling.
- Possess a valid food hygiene and safety certification.
- Training will be provided.
- Preferably with experience working in bubble tea store.
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends.

Working venue: Holland Village

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month
