Bakery Retail Associate + Junior Barista

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and hardworking Retail Associate to join our family and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional baked goods and experiences to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily retail operations and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to provide expert recommendations to customers.
- Manage online and phone orders, coordinating with the kitchen/production team and external logistics partners.
- Operate and maintain the POS system, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare à la minute products following standard recipes.
- Prepare coffee and beverages using a professional espresso machine (training provided).
- Oversee store inventory, including re-ordering and regular stocktaking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food preparation area.
- Ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards as per SFA & NEA regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Pleasant personality with strong teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
- A genuine interest in food and a desire to expand your knowledge.
- Open-minded, optimistic, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback.

**Location**: Sembawang / Upper Paya Lebar (Flexibility to work at either outlet required)

Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,500.00 per month
