**Your new role**
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to:

- Handle phone calls & general enquiries.
- Greet, check-in and announce customer's arrival.
- Ensuring rooms are tidy and in orderly manner.
- Provide refreshments to customers and ushering into the meeting room.
- General administrative adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Min. 'O' levels with 3 years of working experience.
- Experience in frontline customer service/administrative roles.
- Ability to liaise with customers to generate good rapport
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative
- Immediately available would be preferred.
