The Appointments and Development Department (ADD) oversees academic recognition and development of faculty to enable integrated leadership within the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medical Centre (AMC), a partnership established to harness collective strengths of Duke-NUS’ medical education and research capabilities, and SingHealth’s clinical expertise.
- Assist with planning, organising, and implementing programmes and events.
- Manage programmes logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with faculty, mentors, and participants to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Maintain accurate records of programme activities, participant attendance, and feedback.
- Organise and maintain programme documentation and archives.
- Coordinate internal communications related to the programmes.
- Address enquiries from participants, faculty, and stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for IT projects, including managing zoom meetings (online and hybrid), preparing documentation, and tracking project progress.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 including Teams, Power Apps and Power Automate; experience in developing AI-enhanced Apps would be advantageous.
- Possess good organisational skills and is energetic and self-driven.
- An independent worker who is a team player and possesses the drive to complete tasks and projects assigned.
