ICE LAB (Assistant Manager) - Ice Lab is a premium Korean café serving food, coffee and desserts of variety (bingsu). Originally found by a famous Korean celebrity, we bring the best of Korean dessert, snowy flake dessert and Korean culture to our customers.
Job Title: Assistant Manager
Job Descriptions: As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for day to day service operation of our cafe, which include
- Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Lead team by training and appraising personnel
- Establish targets, KPI’s, COGs, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
- Set and enhance SOP
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Lead the team to achieve monthly target
- Responsible for schedule tallies with payroll submission and within budgeted guidelines.
Any and other assistance as required by the team directors/officers.
5 days work week (including weekends/public holidays) less than 45 hours per week.
Requirements: Strong work ethics, communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and positive attitude. This position is a hands-on, customer focused role and as such we require someone with drive, efficiency and assertiveness, high initiative and positive attitude. Someone who is passionate about growing this café as a team.
