**MMSO & ISO Manager for **SAMEA**

**Location: - **Singapore** / **Dubai** / **Chennai / Mumbai**

We are seeking individuals who can effectively manage and lead the MMSO & ISO service delivery within SAMEA. The goal is to meet specific business and commercial objectives while developing the business area to address future demands, thereby enhancing Lloyd’s Register’s competitive position. Activities will align with defined business plans.

**The role**
- Interpret business plans and costing structures into goals and objectives for the business area, identifying required changes and developments for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Ensure systems, processes, and procedures are optimized for effectiveness and efficiency to meet business and commercial needs for both internal and external clients.
- Lead the development and design of tools, systems, processes, organizational structures, and cultural changes, implementing these improvements to meet future business demands and enhance Lloyd’s Register’s competitive position.
- Address business queries and foster relationships with internal and external clients to resolve service issues and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with other business areas and offices to ensure consistency in the development and delivery of business and commercial services for internal and external clients.
- Coordinate with MMSO managers globally and support the global MMS Manager in the development and delivery of internal and external client training courses.
- Handle resource planning, including prioritizing, delegating, and monitoring activities and outcomes, while considering the commercial and contractual requirements relevant to service delivery.

**What you bring**
- A degree or equivalent qualification from a tertiary institution recognized by Lloyd’s Register in engineering or physical science (minimum of a two-year program), or credentials from a marine or nautical institution with relevant sea-going experience as a certified ship’s officer.
- Membership in a relevant professional institution.
- Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
- Proficiency in English appropriate for the role.
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a team.
- Strong understanding of financial and budgetary planning.
- Specialized expertise as required for the role, such as in-depth knowledge of Hydrodynamics.
