**About the role**:We are seeking a talented and dedicated EPIC Systems Data Analyst to join our Global Transformation Company. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing, interpreting, and presenting data to drive strategic decision-making within our client’s organization. You will be responsible for collecting and analysing large datasets, identifying trends, and generating insights that will enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our hospital and health care operations. **Responsibilities**:

- Collect and analyse large datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize the quality and efficiency of data analysis.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define data analysis requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results.
- Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and key metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making within the organization.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst in the healthcare industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data modelling concepts.
- EPIC systems certification
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into easily understandable insights.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
