**About the role**:We are seeking a highly organized and motivated EPIC Systems Project Co-ordinator to join our Global Transformation Company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the implementation and maintenance of EPIC systems, ensuring the seamless integration of this electronic health record software across our client’s organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the implementation and configuration of EPIC systems, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate project activities, including system design, development, testing, and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting system issues, providing training, and addressing user concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of EPIC systems, including implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Solid understanding of healthcare operations and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- EPIC certification is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
