About the Team

The Institute of Management Strategy is responsible for management research and improvement. Its scope includes organizational design, risk control, policies and processes optimization, information efficiency improvement, and other management initiatives based on the company's strategic needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify key issues and underlying causes related to organizational globalization;
- Design systematic solutions and drive key management initiatives to enhance the company's level of internationalization;
- Conduct research on various organizations, extract insights for global organizational development.

**Qualifications**:

- Advantageous to have over 3 years of work experience;
- Experience in Internet Strategy/Business Analysis/Consulting is preferred;
- Experience in corporate management topics is preferred;
- Sound judgement in complex situations, great critical thinking, strong data analytical skills and excellent communication skills are required.
