_Full Time and Part Time positions are available. _

Our bakery assistant is responsible for a wide range of duties daily. In addition to general bakery operations, the position will require someone who is able to work independently and is passionate about the industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the bakery team in the preparation of pastry
- Executive and maintain consistent recipes and presentation
- Follow proper handling and right temperature of food products
- Handle equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Maintain workstations are clean and tidy with proper hygiene
- Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients
- Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
- Any other duties assigned by the manager

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- No experience applicants are welcome to apply
- On-the-job training provided
- Willing to learn and have a strong passion for baking
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage

**Other Information**
- Full Time: 5 days per week; rotating shifts
- Part Time: 4 days per week; 11.30 am to 9.30 pm (Fixed hours)
- Uniform with laundry provided
- Meal allowance provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 34 per week

**Salary**: $700.00 - $2,400.00 per month
