**Working Hours (Rotating shifts, NO fix morning shifts)**:

- 8.30am-5.30pm
- 10am-10pm
- 12pm-10.30pm
- 8.30am-10.30pm

**Working Days**: 6 days per week

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in overseeing daily bakery operations including production, sales and inventory management.
- Ensure all bakery products meet quality, freshness and presentation standards.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders for ingredients and supplies and minimize wastage.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene and sanitation regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
- Promote bakery products and upsell special items to maximize sales.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to attract customers.
- Support in training, scheduling and supervising bakery staffs (bakers & sales staffs).
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure team adherence to Company's policies.
- Help manage cash handling and daily sales reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory and staffs' attendance.

**Job Requirements**:

- Min. 2 years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in a Bakery, or Food Retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of bakery operations, food safety standards and inventory management.
- Basic financial acumen (handling cash, sales reporting).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and PH.
