
Client Development Executive

The essential job duties:
**(i) **Retain and Develop Existing Clients**
- Based on company’s vision, to implement the company strategy to build customer loyalty and develop Dior as a service centric destination of excellence that sets the benchmark for others to follow
- Implement new client development strategies, initiatives and activities set forth by the regional and local Client Marketing teams and boutique management to develop and understand clients and enhance their experience
- Execute client gifting & client treatment to develop & grow VIP client base
- Manage execution of customer service programmes to ensure consistently optimal service delivery in boutique
- To support and motivate team on securing Uber Luxury transactions
**(ii) **Data tracking & follow up**
- Develop and implement in-boutique programs to stimulate clienteling awareness and drive sales team’s performance
- Store appointment tracking and sharing to team
- Customer service rating tracking and follow up
- Online training completion tracking and follow up
**(iii) **Client treatment planning**
- Develop and implement in-boutique programs to stimulate CDM awareness and drive sales team’s performance
- Monthly birthday gifting proposal
- Client Pantry stock maintenance
- Petty Cash maintenance and expense reconciliation
- Mall marketing activities, acting as liaison for the retail team to update on mall promotions and client services (eg. vouchers, carpark coupons, client buggy, etc.)
**(iv) **Recruit new clients from within the boutique**
- Implement new client development activities to surpass clients’ expectations and maintain high brand interest
- Manage execution of recruitment programmes in boutique, including data collection and client visit follow-up
**(v) **Manage the VIP Salon and Boutique Event Planning**
- Constantly reinforce and review the VIP salon operations to offer a range of unique, exclusive, high-quality and personalised services to Dior VIP clientele
- Manage private appointments in VIP salon and optimise the salon usage
- Reinforce standards such as the salon’s decoration, VM display, F&B and selection of collections to be shown to clients
- Partner with boutique management team and Sales Associates to plan and execute different product launch events and develop appointment planning to achieve sales target
- Work with Sales Associates before each client appointment to prepare a range of target products to present to clients
- Develop and implement annual client action plan for all VIP clients
**(vi) **Training and coaching to sales team**
- Provide training, coaching to sales staff to build motivation and develop their clienteling, service and client communication skills
- Manage retail team’s utilisation of clienteling tools and platforms
- Implement boutique programmes to stimulate clienteling awareness and drive sales team’s performance
- Animate Clienteling Community as a key referent inside the boutique and within Singapore
Any other tasks and duties assigned by your reporting Manager.
**Education & Professional Qualifications**
- Graduate from any field
**Work Experience**
- Previous experience in merchandising of luxury good and service-related industry preferred
- With retail experience preferred
**Skills**
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, including ability to engage diverse counterparts inside and outside the organisation
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint, general comfort with digital tools and data
- Language skills: English, Chinese is an asset
**Qualities**

- Strong aesthetic sense, with interest in fashion & luxury industry
