**Summary of the Role** The main responsibility is to ensure the efficient and upkeeping operation of the APAC security information systems, including Access Control (Lenel), CCTV (Genetec), _Two ways radio communication system (Motorola), 6Video wall system (VEGA), Video Tele-Conference (VTC), Wireless Presentation system (Solstice), Audio/Video transmission system (Extron), Audio microphone and speaker amplifier system (Bose), Lighting Control System (Lite-puter), Satellite phone (Inmarsat), UPS system (Alpha) and IP telephony (Cisco).**Roles and Responsibilities**: Relationship Management - Work closely with the Contract Security Manager to help project manage client requirements. - Liaise with and meet with the client and key contracts on a regular basis to review performance and ensure that quality standards are maintained in accordance with Service Level Agreements & KPI’s. Security Management - Maintain and enhance the standard of the Security Team in accordance with Service Level Agreements. - Ensure systems procedures are managed, audited & scrutinized and innovations are introduced. - Maintains reports regarding system downtime, plans for preventative maintenance, and disaster recovery. - Monitors the performance of servers and ensures that they are running smoothly; this includes checking system logs, monitoring resource usage, and addressing any issues that arise. Operations Management - Ensure, in cooperation with the approved contracted companies, that sufficient spares are on hand throughout the region, to allow for continued operation of systems should an equipment failure occur. - Act as a key contact for all escalated systems Security related matters across the contract. - Report and liaise on a daily basis with direct reports to ensure effective communication of all systems matters to ensure the delivery of a high standard professional security service. - Ensure all staff are trained to carry out their systems duties in accordance with procedures and policies. Health & Safety - Ensure work is carried out in accordance with site / department procedures and training provided. - Comply with the Health and Safety Policy, procedures and protocols at all times. Report any health and safety concerns to your line manager. **Basic Qualifications**: - Engineer level certification for security systems - PLRD License (Senior Security Supervisor/Chief Security Officer) - Bachelor’s degree in computer-related field is preferred - Occupational First Aider certified - Certification for Lenel, Genetec etc **_If you're interested in the above "Security System Supervisor" role, click on the 'Apply' function now_
