We are currently seeking a highly skilled and creative Makeup Director to join our team. As the Makeup Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all makeup related aspects of our productions, ensuring that all performers look their best on stage and screen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop makeup designs and concepts that are consistent with the artistic vision of each production
- Work closely with the Director and other creative team members to ensure that the makeup design aligns with the overall aesthetic of the production
- Manage a team of makeup artists, providing direction and guidance as needed
- Maintain an inventory of makeup supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is clean, organized, and in good working order
- Collaborate with the Costume Designer and Hair Stylist to ensure that all aspects of the performers' appearance are coordinated and consistent
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the makeup team, helping them to refine their skills and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Makeup Artistry or related field
- Proven experience as a Makeup Director or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Portfolio of previous work
