Castlery is looking for a **Senior Project Specialist** to join our **Marketing Department**.

As the **Senior Project Specialist**, you will be an integral part of the Marketing Team bringing our brand to customers in Singapore, Australia, and the United States. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will play a key role in looking after large cross team marketing projects that will have an impact on the company's success.

**What you'll be doing**
- To oversee and co-ordinate large-scale marketing projects with cross-department teams and external agencies.
- Responsible for setting the project plan, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, tracking progress, and pushing projects forward within specified timelines.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the marketing team, to pull the right people into projects to make them a success.
- Provide leadership with updates to marketing projects and timelines, highlighting any risks or roadblocks as they occur.
- Working with leadership to ensure prioritization is clear across verticals.

**What you'll need**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a project management role.
- Organized and process-oriented mindset.
- Self-starter and team player able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys connecting across the organization, finding the right person to get the job done.
