We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality productions, and we are currently seeking a talented and experienced Director of Photography (DOP) to lead our cinematography team in bringing creative visions to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Planning**:Collaborate with directors, producers, and other key stakeholders to understand the visual requirements of each project.
Develop a visual strategy and creative approach to achieve the desired look and feel for each production.
- **Camera Operation**:Operate a variety of cameras and equipment to capture high-quality footage, ensuring shots are framed and lit according to the creative vision.
Oversee camera crews and provide guidance on composition, framing, and camera movement.
- **Lighting Design**:Design and execute lighting setups to achieve the desired mood and atmosphere for each scene.
Work closely with the lighting team to ensure proper implementation of the lighting plan.
- **Technical Expertise**:Stay informed about the latest advancements in cinematography technology and techniques.
Manage and maintain all camera and lighting equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for each shoot.
- **Team Leadership**:Lead and inspire the cinematography team, providing guidance and mentorship to achieve cohesive and visually compelling results.
Collaborate with other departments, such as production design and costume, to ensure a unified visual style.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Director of Photography with an impressive portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- In-depth knowledge of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and camera equipment.
- Proficiency in operating a variety of cameras, including knowledge of both film and digital formats.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a creative team.

**Education and Experience**:

- Diploma in Film, Cinematography, or a related field is preferred.
