Now Lotte Duty Free Shop has built matchless brand power as the GLOBAL LOTTE DUTY FREE SHOP and we currently operate in various countries including Japan, Vietnam, Australia, Guam and we had just landed in Singapore in 2020. Lotte Travel Retail is now in Singapore Changi Airport operating 19 stores across 4 terminals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of overseeing daily financial transactions. This encompasses a range of tasks, including but not limited to, the verification of transactions, compilation of Finance related report to HQ in South Korea, and most importantly, ensuring the utmost accuracy of all accounting entries submitted by various stakeholders operating within our financial system.
Moreover, you will act as a vital liaison between our local colleagues in Singapore and the finance team based at our headquarters in South Korea. This position will require you to facilitate efficient communication channels, thereby enhancing collaboration and operational effectiveness. You will play a pivotal role in improving system functionalities which are crucial for timely and accurate daily reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:
- Driving the improvement of finance-related systems to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
- Enhancing inter-departmental processes and systems to streamline workflows and foster greater efficiency.
- Oversee the cash flow to maintain the financial health and liquidity of the organization.
- Bridging communication effectively between the Finance team and the HQ Finance team located in South Korea, ensuring seamless exchange of information and ideas.
- Executing various ad hoc tasks and projects as they are assigned, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS
- **Must able to read, speak / write / translate Korean Language to communicate and compile Finance related reports to HQ in South Korea**
- At least 2 year's working experience in Accounting functions in Singapore
- Degree in Accounting / Business
- Meticulous and analytical
- Business acumen & Finance savvy
- Intermediate or advance level competency in MS Excel
