**Job Description**:
**The Role**:
The VP, Global Sales Operations and Digitalization is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of various Sales Tools, Processes and Initiatives. He/she is also responsible for contributing to Toll’s overall digitalisation strategy, defining and executing the Digital Sales agenda. He/she will work with the EVP Sales & Marketing to lead the Global Sales Operations and Digitalization Functions, embedding a set of metrics, performance reporting, and analysis that provides clear and objective visibility to the success and efficiency of the global sales force. Acts as a facilitator to enforce CRM product knowledge, core understanding of process, and drives the critical success factors within a professional selling environment. Key contributor to Toll’s growth strategy through leading the development, roll-out, and increased adoption of innovative customer solutions

**Global Sales Operations**
- Responsible for the implementation and roll-out of other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo)
- Lead continuous improvement of the Sales Process. Drive standardization and compliance across all regions through regular reviews and communication with regional sales operations leads.
- Jointly lead the Salesforce effectiveness program under the Global Sales Strategy
- Sales KPI Reporting - performance, financial, volume, activity & compliance
- Full JD will be shared upon interview

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Minimum 5 years solid experience in a mid-management role, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain
- Degree in any business or Supply Chain discipline
- Experience working within a project management framework
- Experience in digital transformation or developing a digital product offering within the Freight Forwarding Industry
- Able to drive performance and motivate sales teams
- Good presentation skills, preferably experience in interacting with internal or external customers and representing the organisation effectively.
- Project management experience (Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner experience preferred)
