As a member of SelfCare Franchise SCLT, the e2e SelfCare Network Strategy Lead will orchestrate and lead execution of all projects and programs related to Network in space of Materials, Manufacturing and Distribution running in SelfCare within the region. This position will operate under strong collaboration with all functions that constitutes the E2E Supply Chain to ensure a smooth project execution and resource availability within the region.

**Core responsibilities include**:

- Lead Self Care AP ( IM & EM) Materials & FG, Manufacturing and Distribution network Strategy including Long Range Capacity study with cross functional team including investment and cost to serve model for SelfCare portfolio.
- Partnership with EM Source and Make to develop “Beyond the Pill” e2e strategy and capability.
- Lead overall execution for any network change under self care impacting APAC supplies ( Local, Regional & Global)
- SPOC for AP region to work with Global Network team on Strategic capacity planning and Network design for future.
- Developing strong business cases for each project, by defining, in collaboration with the project leader and involved functions, all project details in the different areas (HR, Source, Engineering, Tech. Ops. & SMP, Make, Communication, Gov. Affairs, CLS, Quality, EHS&S, IT) and defining project costs, timelines, savings and other benefits.
- Presenting the business case to Consumer Supply Chain Senior management, so to get projects’ approval, and supporting preparation of further level of approval.
- Following up on project execution, acting as a sponsor of project leaders, keeping informed the regional stakeholders, ensuring resource availability for all the phases of the project and providing smooth implementation to protect product availability, quality, and compliance standards during the full project period.

The level of details to ensure a perfect execution, the number and level of stakeholder to manage, the leadership needed during the daily activities which call for a mature profile and a strong leadership and experience

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- A minimum of 12 years of experience with the exposures in the following related areas: Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Quality
- Strong project management skills and any combination of operations management, negotiation, financial or analytical skills
- An entrepreneurial self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence across functional levels up to the Board
- Strong knowledge of cGMPs and understanding of site dynamics
- Up to 20-30% international travel

**Preferred Competencies**:

- Experience with FPX tools, training and/or certification is preferred
- Experience in similar roles or Site management
