**Then come and join our global team as regional Head of Data Governance & Analytical Services (DGA) to support, maintain, develop and implement data services for Customer Services in Region Asia-Pacific.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You are part of the global DGA team and responsible in a Vertical role for Asia-Pacific. In addition, you will lead the Customer Services related Data community within the region
- You conduct data exploration, identify relevant data sets and new relations in data, e.g. machine data, process related data, or textual data. In addition, you develop re-usable analytic models, configuration, and deployment of algorithms
- You visualize results in provided visualization tools (e. g. SAS Visual Analytics and Power BI). Furthermore, you maintain and enhance the use of existing reports and dashboards to help optimize operations
- You are the link between the Asia-Pacific countries and the global DGA team. In this context, you will drive roll-out and foster usage of existing global/regional analytics solutions in AP, including capturing required extensions and adaptations

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in information systems, mathematics, computer science, physics, electrical engineering, or engineering sciences Strategic understanding of data structures and foundation on statistics
- You have experience in managing, leading, resource planning and motivating teams and individuals
- Basic expertise in usage and extension of analytical tools and systems, e.g., SAS, R, Python, Spark, Teradata, Power BI, Snowflake, Power Apps, or similar data analytics workbenches
- Basic expertise in technologies, algorithms and methodologies in the areas of Data Analytics as well as analytics with structured and unstructured data; solid understanding of ETL and Visualization technologies and tools
- Good skills and hands-on experience of programming and data visualization

- You also feel comfortable working in a predominantly virtual team across Asia Pacific and globally
- You are generally IT-savvy and able to solve day-to-day IT challenges
