**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in leading the Marketing teams globally
- Set marketing goals and objectives
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
- Contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Review and manage content marketing strategy
- Determine KPIs for the marketing department
- Keep the marketing budget in check
- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
- Analyze company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and latest best practices
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree in business administration or equivalent with at least 8 years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer in CFD business or global forex industry
- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans
- Strong aptitude for verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship development
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in management and governance
- Experience in managing teams globally would be advantageous
- Excellent organization and leadership skill
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
