**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance**:

- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and ensure timely submission to management
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial forecasting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies (e.g., IRAS, ACRA)
- Ensure GST submissions, corporate tax filings, and payroll are accurately processed
- Maintain financial records in compliance with Singapore’s accounting standards

**Human Resource**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Stay abreast on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Participate in other projects / initiatives as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in combined finance and HR roles, or other managing roles preferably in the education or business services sector
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with CPF, IRAS, MOM, and ACRA procedures and statutory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred (to liaise with Chinese-speaking staff/clients)
