Join an established and collaborative recruitment team as our Recruitment lead, with one direct report.

We have a team of knowledgeable recruiters and sourcing specialists who partner with the business and work collaboratively to deliver world class recruitment services to our stakeholders. We pride ourselves on giving our recruiters the flexibility they need to work most efficiently and bring their best self to the office whilst allowing them to balance their life commitments - whatever they might be

In this role you will source, attract, and assess the very best talent in the industry, building credibility and driving trust with our business leaders and hiring managers. We need you to be an experienced and established Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives when given accountability.

You will need to be adaptable, as this is a fast-paced complex environment that is constantly changing. You will have a client service ethic that is second to none, a proven capability in delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies and a strong background in front office recruitment.

You will have the opportunity to play an integral role within our clients HR community, working in partnership with HR Business Partners and Functional Specialists and taking an active role in wider project-based work.
