Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Support Monetization Integrity Team to establish ads safety policy system.
- Familiar with advertising integrity system of the APAC region in charge.
- Maintain close cooperation with Legal affairs, PR, GR, User community, etc. Formulate and update ads safety policies in different countries.
- Work closely with monetization product team, support launching and updating of products and ads safety policy.
- Support the optimization of ads safety procedure, able to update, release, and manage ads safety policy.
- Work closely with ads integrity execution team and training team, ensure policy changes are conveyed and implemented timely.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team (verbal and written) in English.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in ads safety, understanding the formulation of ads safety policy, having working experience in well-known ads safety platform or outsourcing ads integrity team, and having background of legal affairs, advertising, or media is preferred.
- Excellent skills of communication, coordination, intercultural understanding, cross-team cooperation, and team management.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and rigorous, principled and able to think in big-picture.
- Able to work under pressure, with strong work enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Accept global business trip.
