**Job Description**:
Creation, updating of workers’ profile in the HRMS system & P-file
Assist the HR manager in preparation & processing of payroll for around 300 workers
In-charge for submission of worker’s Hospitalization claims to insurer
Claiming of FWL levy upon workers back from home leave
Application of relevant courses for employees
Provide general support for all HR activities and events
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Job Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource/Business Management or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Meticulous, excellent writing, communication skills and good knowledge in Employment Act
A good team player with high integrity and professional code of ethic
Experience in construction industry is an advantage
Company Transport is provided to the nearest MRT (Yew Tee)
