Data Analytics Executive

**The Role**:

This role will encompass analysis, recommendation to the APAC Regional Lubricants Supply Chain organization to implement optimization opportunities taking into consideration aspects linked to cost optimization, end to end value, market insight, and business strategies. The role holder will also support in business scoping of digital requirements based on end-user feedback and participate in various forums linked to solution development and implementation..

**What’s the role?**:

- Provides data analytics and performance measurements to drive improved Supply Chain performance across the region
- Gathering, analyzing and synthesizing internal and external information for decision making and project scoping.
- Generates and maintain a data model capable of running various optimization scenarios and making recommendations that will identify the cost and services impact
- Identifying & scoping opportunities with a high potential to deliver value to the business
- Act as developer to support project team with Analytics expertise in delivering business value improvement projects
- Liaising with Business IT function on development and deployment of new analytics software
- Provide ad hoc and routine reports and data analysis
- SME on databases and other software systems
- Contribute to streamlining reporting landscape and enable digital conversion program
- Timely, accurate and actionable data reports and analyses
- Keep up with latest trends and tools in data analytics
- Ability to support digitalization transformation
- Optimize reporting to provide one single version of the truth, in the most effortless way

**What we need from you?**
- Skills in analytics and data management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to critically review data accuracy
- Knowledge in Project Management Skills
- Good understanding of end-to-end business (operational, financial dimensions)
- IT skills & tools: GSAP, PowerBI, MS Excel; Working knowledge of Alteryx and Python is preferable
- Good communication skills
- Agile concepts knowledge and experience are desirable
