**Kelvin Chia Partnership**is a medium-size law firm headquartered in Singapore with a regional presence in South East Asia. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join us as Paralegal.

Job Description:
Handle complex transactional corporate and commercial matters fairly independently, including ability to undertake comprehensive due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and legal structuring exercises.

Perform business development activities.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years post qualification experience with relevant experience in transactional corporate and commercial work.
- Specific experience in regional and cross border matters. Experience in terms of handling emerging markets legal issues and transactions. Having worked offshore in an emerging market is a plus.
- The ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality work under pressure and within deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships with people at all levels. Demonstrates capabilities in understanding commercial requirements and ability to interact with commercial members of clients’ team.
