Reporting to Deputy Head of Business Support or Business Analyst Lead, assist business units to achieve KPIs by provide end-to-end solutions including but not limited to Operational, Technical solutions.
- Responsible to bridge business units and support units (IT, Operations, Settlement etc.) to deliver solutions that solve business problems.
- Coordinate and work with IT and 3rdparty vendors/service providers to handle integration of legacy card management systems with new innovative payments technology &/or third parties’ systems to implement new solutions.
- Implement solutions to solve business problems

.Work with business units to define business problems via in-depth investigation and gathering of technical and non-technical requirements for payments related solutions.

Responsible to outline and document detailed business requirements for a solution.
- Collaborate with operations, technical teams and 3rd party vendors/service providers to design, examine, and refine a solution based on business requirements.
- Identify risk, problem, issues and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, outline business impacts.
- Drive and coordinate the user requirements with internal stakeholders
- Drive the review of functional specification document for solutions by 3rd party vendors/service providers with internal stakeholders to ensure proper delivery of solutions that is aligned with user requirements.
- Simplifying information and translating technical jargon/diagrams to easily understood information for business and operations stakeholders.
- Plan and track to ensure that projects are within planned timeline and budget.
- Assist in cost savings initiatives, where applicable.
- Establish and improve business processes to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Provide level 2 support to internal stakeholders, identify the nature of issue(s), co-ordinate and collaborate with respective teams (technical or non-technical) to resolve the issue(s), support to produce incident report and implement preventive measures.
- Provide support to business units in liaising with external stakeholders, including customer, regulatory organisations and card schemes for various initiatives to ensure timely response.
- Design, model, establish and document business processes, including identifying opportunities for process improvements (like automation, straight-through-processing etc.).
- Ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations for all projects, where applicable.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or professional certification with mínimal 2 - 3 years of payments support related, operations or product experience in credit card and payments solution.
- Possess strong project / change management and stakeholder management skills.
- Possess good issuing, acquiring and payments knowledge, including business models, functional/technical flows, regulations, industry standards, operational and financial procedures.
- Possess creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and must be a team player.
