Restaurant Host/ Hostess - Middle Eastern Cuisine

**Responsibilities**:

- Assign guests to tables, maximising utilisation of the space to the best advantage
- Ensure every guest is greeted warmly, seated promptly, and well attended to
- Work with restaurant Manager to receive and coordinate all reservations and special requests
- Receive and act on feedback from all guests
- Prepare monthly report of guest comments, guest list, and report to assist business decisions
- Fully understand the operations of the restaurant and service sequence

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of F&B experience
- Prior hospitality or fine-dining restaurant experience is advantageous
- Team player
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Details
- Working Hours: 5-day work week
- Working Location: Raffles
- Salary Range: Up to $2600

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Food & Hygiene Cert. (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
