**Our operations team is expanding**

We've got a busy calendar of events this year and our events are growing, so we're looking for an entry-level operations executive to join our team and help us deliver world-class events.

**The Role**:
**Position Responsibilities**:
Planning and execution of multiple events under the Terrapinn’s Asia office's events calendar. Involvement in pre-event planning, on-site execution and post-event reporting. Management of all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth running of operations.
- Day-to-day operations and event planning (physical and virtual)
- Preparation of exhibition and conference materials and setup
- Set-up and teardown of events both on-site and in the office/store
- Cross-department collaboration in the areas of marketing, event development and sponsorship/development
- Set-up of virtual events platform and related activities, including speakers on-boarding
