**Job Title: Content Creator & Digital Marketer (English & Mandarin Proficient)**

Our client is Singapore’s revolutionary Corporate Secretary company offering Cloud-based Secretarial solutions to small businesses in Singapore, is seeking a talented and experienced Content Creator & Digital Marketer. As the primary custodian of the company's online presence, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. Your goal will be to drive engagement, generate business inquiries, and increase brand awareness among both English and Mandarin-speaking audiences.
- **Responsibilities**:_

1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote company services and enhance brand visibility.

2. Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content in both English and Mandarin for various platforms, including written posts, images, infographics, and videos.

3. TikTok Videos: Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok videos that showcase HeySara's unique offerings and value proposition in an entertaining and informative manner.

4. Live-streaming: Conduct live-streaming sessions on relevant platforms to interact with the audience, address queries, and demonstrate the benefits of company services.

5. Social Media Management: Manage company social media accounts by posting regular updates, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement.

6. Track and Analyze: Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing initiatives and maintain consistent brand messaging.

1. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in successful digital marketing campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and audience engagement.

2. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential, as company serves both English and Mandarin-speaking clients.

3. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and platforms, especially in the context of Singapore's market.

4. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.

5. Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing software to create captivating TikTok videos.
