The clinic's new address will be at 360 Orchard Road, International Building ( Orchard MRT )

Our Clinic has attended to the medical needs of the international community since its establishment. At Tanglin Medical Clinic, we seek to provide the highest level of professional and personalised medical care for all our patients. Being a single doctor practice, we hope to retain the essence of a true family clinic.

We are looking for a clinic receptionist cum assistant. This person must be customer service oriented, have a pleasant personality, is honest and most importantly a team player. Able to communicate well and have some computer skills.

Duties Include:
Registering patients, taking appointments

Carry out some administrative duties and answering phone calls

Prepare and dispense medications when required

Monitor drug stock levels

Assisting the doctor with procedures when required

Typing of medical reports using standard formatting

And some other duties the management deems fit from time to time.

Job requirement:
Experience preferred. Training will be provided.

Language spoken:
Must be able to handle English and Mandarin speaking patients.

We provide 14 days annual leave.

Clinic Hours: 8:45am to 5.15pm (Mondays to Fridays)

Sat: 8:30am - 12:15pm

We are closed on Sundays and All Public Holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month

COVID-19 considerations:
No overcrowding as our patients are seen by appointment basis unless it is an emergency.
