Adv Technician Maintenance, Core Maintenance Expert

Responsibilities 职责:

- Responsible for the installation, repair, modifications and preventive maintenance of process analysers and portable analysers that are used for safety and shutdown control, personnel monitoring, environmental monitoring, product quality and unit efficiency.
- Perform preventative maintenance such as calibration of process analyzers, hardware replacement and spare parts support and keeping gas and liquid calibration standards current
- Improve existing sample systems including optimizing electronic circuitry, cooling, heating, filtering or gas/liquid separation
- Repair critical equipment on emergency basis, start-up coverage, inclement weather coverage, holiday, weekend and call out coverage and troubleshooting special causes
- Documentation (written and PC based record keeping) including: loopfiles which contain electrical and electronic schematics, sample drawings, maintenance logs and calibration and inspection records to comply with ISO 9000.
- Contact equipment and analyzer vendors to: resolve operational problems, implement additions and deletions to the warehouse stock of spare parts.
- Demonstrate behavior that advances team-based work concepts by utilizing good communication techniques with all employees and to develop others in the team
- Supports the vision of achieving excellence in safety, health and protection of the environment.

Qualifications 要求:
**Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Required Yrs Exp:Minimum 5 years of petrochemical plant experience in process analyzer maintenance.
- Required Education: Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent. with on the job training in Basic electricity, electronics, chemistry, test equipment usage.

**Desirable Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**:

- Maintenance and repair of microprocessor based gas chromatographs (TC, FID) and continuous process analyzers which include but not limited to infrared, ultraviolet, fiber optics transmission systems, NIR, chemiluminescence, radioactive absorption and oxygen (paramagnetic, zirconium oxide and electrochemical) analyzers
- Maintenance and repair of all portable and personnel monitors.
- Maintenance of support equipment such as: vacuum pumps, digital indicators, pressure regulators, electronic flow sensors and other associated equipment
- Mechanical skills and the use of power and hand tools for the purpose of repair and fabrication is necessary.
- Effective communications skills in English both written and oral.
- Documentation improvement skills.
