Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and managing the maintenance function in the terminal operations to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of asset reliability and integrity.
- Develop a maintenance strategy with reference to Company Standards & maintenance policy, industry best practices/standards, and local statutory compliance
- Direct and lead the department in the overall installation, maintenance, and repairs of all terminal assets, necessary for the continuity of operations and the safety of terminal personnel.
- Manage maintenance contractors and service providers to ensure maintenance activities are executed effectively and efficiently within planned resources.
- Plan and manage the department's resources and budget to meet the company's objectives.
- Contribute to the development of annual and longer-term business plans, forecast performance against business key performance indicators, develop business cases for new projects, and estimate financial and resource requirements to deliver performance targets
- Manage department resources to support the terminal or the company on ad hoc projects and activities
- Maintenance on-site is monitored and reviewed in accordance with safety, health, environmental, and loss prevention policies, rules, and regulations, as well as the company's standards.
- Drive relevant processes in Company Project Management (PM) standards to ensure execution of projects and identify continuous improvement opportunities
- Led and directed maintenance engineers in project management of CAPEX projects or commercial inquiries to ensure their performance meets the company's short and long-term needs of the business
- Manage Sustaining and Service CAPEX projects.
- Provide leadership and manage people competencies and development
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-9 years of Engineering experience and background.
- Diploma/Degree equivalent in engineering
- Excellent planning, project management and tactical conceptualization abilities
- Strong data analysis acumen and ability to transform findings into opportunities for improvement
- Good knowledge of maintenance, operations, safety and product knowledge
- Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental practices
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
- Ability to manage conflict effectively and amicably, arriving at a balanced outcome
- Strong project management skills
- Positive stakeholder management capabilities with strong communication skills
- Individuals with dynamism and the desire to work in an intense and demanding environment
- Strong knowledge of safety standards in Maintenance and Reliability on Singapore
- Safety standards and Industrial standards e.g. APIs and SS requirements
- Knowledge of boiler operations will be an advantage
- Candidates must be willing to be based at Sakra Terminal.
