We are on the lookout for independent, driven, and outgoing individuals who are able to execute operationally with opportunities to expand the role and their entrepreneurial skillset fast. The duties that will be undertaken include:
**Role Description**

This position currently reports to the CEO and interfaces with part-time customer experience crew, and other stakeholders. Motion Art Space is committed to building a tech-driven company that focuses on helping employees grow and improve their skillsets.

**Specific Responsibilities**

Individual to be involved in:
1. Creating standardised customer experience journey
2. Manage inventory in an automated and digital way
3. Manage part-time customer experience crew including training
4. Grow the company's partnership and stakeholders relationships

**Competencies**

1. Crafting of Customer Experience documentations and training of staff

2. Strategise and execute on SOPs improvements

3. Gain experience with online operations and marketing systems

For the SGUP Traineeship development plan:
1 - To learn how to use existing digital tool to commuicate with team - Able to navigate digital tools such as Notion to communicate with team both in Singapore and outside of Singapore.

2 - To learn how to manage inventory using digital tools - Trainee will be able to track inventory usage and balance and thereafter, plan out purchasing schedule using digital tools such as Qashier and Notion.

3 - To learn how to conduct competition research - Trainee will be able to follow the competition research process, analyse the information collected and make recommendations to maintain competitiveness of the company.

4 - To learn how to train new service staff - Trainee will be able to craft out training manual and standard operating procedures for use during staff training both locally and overseas.

5 - To learn how to create a customer experience journey - Trainee will be able to research, analyse, test and produce a customer experience journey documentation that can be implemented locally and overseas market.
