This full-time position is based in Singapore and reports directly to the Head Of Sales. Key Responsibilities: - Actively build relationship with brokers, partners for business opportunity - Complete the sales process from lead generation to negotiations and closing the deal - Actively solicit for accounts to generate direct opportunity - Ensure members’ satisfaction and continue to stay and grow at TWP - Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent member experiences **About you** - Minimum 3 years’ of experience in Real Estate Leasing with experience in co working preferred - Sales driven with excellent track record - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or Real Estate - Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills - Basic experience in MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint - Able to work in an agile and fast pace environment - A team player
