**About the Role**:
The Principal Solution Design - Enterprise Service Management will be responsible for the architectural design, mapping of client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with our customer to assess current state processes and tools, identify platform solution options (incl ServiceNow), define technology solution requirements, determine, and define integration requirements, and develop architecture and implementation plans. As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for the delivery of the ESM vision via projects and related initiatives. Through the trusted relationships you build, you help our customers develop essential capabilities to get the best out of the IT ecosystem. Role will report to the Enterprise Service Management Product Owner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert level support and analysis on proposed ESM implementation approach and designs
- Lead for delivering the architectural design
- Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints. Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
- Leading customer engagements, driving specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders, ensuring technology design and solutions are aligned with business requirements.
- Accountable for quality assurance across configuration, processes, and documentation
- Manage diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture where people are respected and valued for their contribution.

**About You**:

- More than 15+ years of total experience in the IT industry
- More than 10+ years of relevant ServiceNow platform experience
- Background and deep experience on implementation of Enterprise Service Management across global organisations
- Experience of managing delivery of the multiple ServiceNow projects
- Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time
- Excellent communication skills
